Our company philosophy is very simple. EUROK is a joint-venture company with stakeholders, partners and clients of many different nationalities. We see this as an asset. We look for the best in others so that we can constantly improve, innovate and to become the best expression of ourselves for the benefit of all those we deal with. We strive for excellence in all that we do.

Key Players

Mark Benton, CEO and Representative Director

Mark is a UK solicitor (non-practising). He qualified in 2000 and worked for a number of years in a boutique commercial practice in the City of London, latterly becoming a partner. There, he specialised in non-contentious company / commercial matters and commercial property and acted for a number of major national and international clients including a well-known South African bank and a major UK property investment company. Mark has worked for a local Korean law firm since 2013 and deals mainly with its foreign clients. Mark was introduced to Mercurius in 2016 and this was the start of an exciting international import / export / consulting joint-venture. In his free time, Mark has been one of the leading ultra-endurance athletes in Korea in cycling, swimming, running and triathlon.

Justin McLeod, COO and Director

Justin is a New Zealand born businessman based in South Korea. He graduated in Sports Marketing and Management from Auckland University of Technology (AUT). Afterwards, he worked for a number of years in New Zealand in a variety of business roles both employed and self-employed. After settling in South Korea in 2009, Justin founded an online marketing company in Seoul and successfully runs that with his specialised team. Justin has a passion for sales and marketing and a drive for achieving the best. He has extensive knowledge of Korean culture and the Korean market. He has significant experience in facilitating foreign product market entry into Korea and Korean product export globally. Justin is actively interested in cricket and rugby. More recently, he has focused on “lifestyle change” with a renewed passion for fitness and nutrition.

Torsten Krumm, Director

Torsten is the representative of the German corporate partner in the EUROK joint-venture. He grew up and currently lives in the eastern part of Germany. He lived through the fall of the Berlin Wall and the amazing boon and renewed spirit that brought to his part of the country. After graduation, he moved into the distribution business. He has worked in distribution and supply chain for almost 30 years. Initially, he worked for a national office furniture manufacturer. Later, he worked for a leading international aid organisation for which he arranged the distribution of food supplies to parts of Africa. His international sales and distribution experience fortuitously brought him into contact with his Korean based joint-venture partners with a renewed drive for quality and excellence. In his spare time, Torsten enjoys freeing his mind and coming up with new ideas swimming.
